For roles in retail, our recruitment process includes an Assessment Centre to ensure every role is suitably matched to the individual.

Your journey starts here

Application

When you have found a role that matches your background and your aspirations you will need to create your profile and send us your application. Our Talent Acquisition team will review it against the requirements and will send you a response by email or phone.

Interview and selection

Typically for our retail and distribution positions, we will assess your fit during an Assessment Centre which includes various activities and tasks where you will not only demonstrate your skills but learn about the Group and our activities.  For our office based positions, we evaluate your skills through online assessments and face to face interviews.

Onboarding

We will fully support your onboarding experience to ensure that your journey with us is smooth. We will advise you on what documents we will need, provide relocation assistance if relevant, right through to organising your first day. At our induction events you can meet new colleagues and learn more about us.
