Personal Assistant and Office executive - LVMH Fragrance - Givenchy

As an Personal Assistant and Office Executive you will be responsible for supporting the General Manager through the day-to-day tasks and challenges. You will be the first point of contact in coordinating between different divisions and following up on a variety of administrative tasks. Being pro-active and anticipating business needs will be crucial to succeed in the role. You will gain great exposure by being at the centre of a our growing operations in Dubai Design District, and you will be part of our success!


What you'll be doing: 



GM Support

  • Manage Calendar and meetings
  • Organise Travel, T&E, team meeting events


Back Office and Finance Support

  • Create and update records ensuring accurancy and validity of information sick leaves, holidays, company products etc.
  • Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
  • Organise cake for birthdays and other events
  • Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
  • Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests of issues
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
  • Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
  • Perform receptionist duties
  • Be the point of contact for suppliers, process invoices and clear shipments to office



Ideal Skill set:

  • Experience as a Personal Assistant is mandatory
  • Fluency in English, any other language is a plus.
  • Emotional intelligence and ability to connect well with people
  • Being pro-active and taking initiative
  • Ability to prioritse and high flexibility
